The BAS Citizen's Charter is crafted to highlight the agency's service standards that guide us in continuously improving the quality of our statistical products and services that we deliver to our clients and stakeholders. The Charter also spells out the types of frontline services which the Bureau offers to the public. It contains simplified step-by-step procedures on how the data users can avail of our products and services.

Copies of this Charter shall be made available to all the BAS operating units, both at the Central Office and the Operations Centers. This shall be downloadable from the Bureau's Website. The Service Pledge which is part of this document shall be displayed in the most conspicuous places in the BAS premises all over the country. The Charter shall guide us in nurturing our corporate values namely, professionalism, respect for others, teamwork, responsiveness, people-orientation and result-orientation.

This Charter can be a useful guide to our clients and stakeholders in availing of our statistical products and services.
